1. Do you provide sample card before finalizing the order?
   No. We don’t send samples.

2. Do you provide printing services?
   Yes, We do offer offset and screen printing services.

3. How much time will it take to complete an order?
   Once the customer approves the proof and after confirmation of payment, we
   will start the printing process and deliver the cards in within just five working days.

4. What is the procedure for making the proof?
   You can send us the manual script in word document file to our email id or the text can be
   scanned and sent to us as an attachment. The final proof will be sent to you as a PDF file.

5. How do I make a payment?
   You can pay through Instamojo for customers within india and Paypal for customers living outside of India.

6. How much should I pay and when should I make the payment?
   100% of the amount should be paid in advance before delivery
